Japan v Vitoria Setubal - 1971

Vitoria Setubal of Portugal travelled to Japan in September 1971 to play two games against the Japan National Team. In the first game on 2 September in the Tokyo National Stadium, Vitoria Setubal hammered Japan 5-0. In the second game on 4 September Japan fared little better as Vitoria Setubal ran out easy 4-2 winners.

 

The official programme, which covers both games has 10 x B5 pages in landscape format (three of which are adverts) and is all in Japanese. The programme begins with an introduction from the Japanese Football Association and details of the two games to be played by Vitoria Setubal on their tour. There are then two pages listing the Vitoria Setubal squad together with small photos of the players and officials. Details of the Japan National Team Squad are given along with small photos of their players. Finally there is a page where the scores and line-ups etc. can be entered.
