AC Milan v Sao Paulo
In an exciting final, goals from Palhinha, Man of the Match Toninho Cerezo and Muller, the winner coming with just two minutes of normal time remaining, secured a 3-2 victory for Sao Paulo of Brazil against AC Milan of Italy, to seal their second consecutive Toyota Cup victory.
AC Milan represented Europe in the Final in place of 1993 UEFA Champions League Winners Marseille who were not permitted by FIFA to compete following a serious match fixing scandal involving the Marseille president Bernard Tapie.
