Porto v Once Caldas

FC Porto of Portugal won their second Toyota Cup with victory over Once Caldas of Colombia in front of over 45,000 supporters in the International Stadium in Yokohama on 12 December 2004. The match finished 0-0 after extra time. In a dramatic penalty kick shoot-out Jonathan Fabbro passed up a chance to win the Toyota Cup for Once Caldas before a miss from John Garcia with the 18th penalty of the shoot-out finally sealed their fate.
