Real Madrid played two matches in Tokyo, Japan on their 2005 Tour.

In the first game on 25 July, in front of a crowd of over 30,000 spectators in the Ajinomoto Stadium in Chofu, Tokyo, Tokyo Verdy 1969 defeated Real Madrid 3-0 with goals from Kobayashi, Washington and Yamada.

In the second game on 27 July, again in the Ajinomoto Stadium in Chofu, Tokyo, Real Madrid defeated Jubilo Iwata 3-1 with a goal from Raul and two goals from Ronaldo.
