Urawa Reds & Nagoya Grampus v Arsenal - 2013
Arsenal played two matches in Japan on their 2013 Asian Tour.
In the first game on 26 July, in front of a crowd of 63,000, Arsenal narrowly defeated Urawa Reds 2-1 with a late goal from substitute Chuba Akpom after Yuki Abe had cancelled out Lukas Podolski's opener.
In the second game Arsenal defeated Nagoya Grampus 3-1. Goals from Olivier Giroud, Ryo Miyaichi (penalty) and Theo Walcott put Arsenal comfortably 3-0 up before Nagoya got a late consolation goal with 20 minutes to go from Yano.
